Dear friends of TWAUDiO,

Following the effects of COVID-19, all of the assets of TW AUDIO GmbH (now in administration) have been successfully purchased as part of a management buyout, which was completed shortly before Christmas and will come into effect on January 1st, 2021.

The TWAUDiO brand will continue from our existing operation in Ludwigsburg under our new company, TWAMBO GmbH. In all other respects business will continue seamlessly for our extended family of international representatives and customers.
