Fatboy Slim on Bali, Indonesia

Bali, Indonesia – Semiyak’s Potato Head Beach Club was host of the Fatboy Slim a.k.a Norman Cook show once again on the 12th of March 2015. The show was supported by DJs Stevie G and Lady FLiC who got the crowd revved up for the main man himself.

The pioneer of dance music burst onto stage with his hit classic Funk Soul Brother. Following his well-received 2012 appearance, Fatboy Slim had the audience bouncing to his tunes in no time.

TWAUDiO’s sound system was the top choice for Potato Head’s technical director Mr. Suhardi Antoro. Having had previous experience with the system during Bali’s Sunny Side Up Festival, this was easy to handle.

TWAUDiO’s asian technical support, Mr. Augustine Edward was brought in to help design the setup and support the show alongside Jakarta’s PnP Sound Production.
The line arrays mounted were made up of 2 x L24 and 7 x VERA10 on each side of the stage. Their crisp, clear sound was complemented by TWAUDiO’s subwoofer range. Stacked on each side of the stage were 2 x B30, 2 x S33, again 2 x B30 and
2 x BSX (from top to bottom). The system was powered by Powersoft’s K3 amplifiers. What always amazes technicians, according to Mr. Edward, is the amount of power being produced by such a small rack. To ensure enough pressure and low-mid punch the B30’s , S33’s and BSX were added.

So the system worked perfect and all the partygoers danced the night away to the tunes of the ever energetic Fatboy Slim.
