Oldie Night with Suzi Quattro, The Sweet & Co.

Well-known "Oldies" drew nearly 3,000 fans to the Glaspalast, with the bands and solo artists showing with their enthusiasm and musical skill that they are far from being past it.

The Hollies, The Sweet, Suzi Quattro, George McCrae and Boney M. put on excellent shows that once again demonstrated why they and their songs have become inseparable parts of international music history.

The firm ACOUSTICS was selected by the organiser to provide technical services. Frank Schäfer and his team used the new TWAUDiO VERA36 system for the sound in the nearly 80 metres long hall.

The event was superbly organised and the atmosphere in the hall was so great that the organiser was able to get up on the stage and announce that Oldie Night will be happening again in 2014. And one guest is already booked - VERA36.
