TW AUDiO Demo Day Vienna

 

 

 

 

 

4th May saw TW AUDiO’s first Austrian Demo Day at Planet Hall, Vienna Gasometer organized by Rainer Schober, owner of Musikparadies Hollabrunn and TW AUDiO distributor for Austria. The entire TW AUDiO range including new products BSX, L24 and M6 was present for review and audio testing. All system bundles were set up for stereo playback and flown from the front truss while M6, M8, M12 and M15 were laid-out for testing as floor monitors. All systems were powered by Powersoft K3DSP controllers.

Beside demos, there were Q&A opportunities with TW AUDiO founder Tobias Wüstner and support specialist Michael Möhlke. Michael gave clinics on VERA system working principles and alignment using EASE Focus simulation software. Tobias Wüstner spoke on single and multiple source bass propagation, explaining how to control radiation behavior through use of end-firing and cardidoid B30 arrays. He then used a cardidoid B30 array to demonstrate the accuracy of his theoretical observations. Attendees benefited from a wealth of tips and expertise on all areas of professional audio application as well as an opportunity to meet and exchange thoughts. The TW AUDiO Demo Day managed to be more than just a show day, serving instead as a well-appreciated point of interface between users, distribution and manufacturer.
